Early Prayer

Met some people at the church at 7:00 a.m. to pray.  How amazing to hear hearts just opening to God in all their distinct personalities, knowing that God truly does know us.  How stunning that we are all so different, so unique, so known, so heard.  There are tough things going on, but still, Sunday breaks as a a feast day, and there is life to be had if we’ll just open our selves to what God is leaning in to tell us.  As Willard says, the first heaven is the air around us, and it is just there that God can concentrate His energy at any point.  He is here, nearer than our breath.

Let the feast day begin…
